Modification of WHOIS services CZ.NIC

Hello, in connection with that from 17.10. domains will be deleted randomly during the whole day, we decided to modify displayed data on the whois service CZ.NIC, both on the Web, and UNIX versions. The domain that is on a given day designated to delete will display in WHOIS just the domain name and status: "to be deleted". This output will WHOIS show regardless of whether the domain has already been deleted or not. Status either disappear the next day (changes to the standard message "Record not found") or after domain new registration (in which case the as standard display whois details to new registration).
