let me briefly inform you about the new system of Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR).
Why is there a change to the current system?
In 2007 there was an arbitration award in the case suzuki.cz- according
to the Rules of Domain Name Registration there was not a valid
arbitration agreement.
Rules of ADRare the integral part of the Rules of Domain Name
Regitration and the contract for Domain Name Registration.
Basic principlesare based on the fact if there is a match between a
domain and the protected designation (identity or interchangeability)
and if a domain holder does not own the rights to the protected designation.

refactoring related to mojeID will be implemented.
At the same time, SSLv3 for EPP interface will be turned off - you can
be affected by this change, so please test on the test instance that
yourcommunication will be working even after this function is turned off.
All these changes that will be realized on the production systemare
already implemented on the cz-test, so you can test now.

Dear Sirs,
yesterday we registered phone calls of the customers who had received a
fake e-mail with a request for domain extension. According to our
analysis the e-mails do not come from the register of .cz domain.
We have detected.cz domains that have a registrar Internet CZ, General
Registry and
Ignum. In all captured e-mails is a proforma invoice with an account number
1287700016/3030 (Air Bank). Air Bank blockedthis account where the
affected should have sent money to.
We have added a warning to domain holders on our website. We communicate
this warning by other channelstoo.
If any other domain by any other registrar would be affected, please let
us know.

Compared to previous shutdowns we shift the start by one hour, so we
will start at midnight from Wednesday to Thursday. We have decided to
change the timeon the basis of the requirements of some registrars.
Wehope, therefore, that
this time the problems with the domain extension in the last minutes
before their
cancellation (or setting to delete candidate status) will not arise.

Greetings,
We recently had 60,000.00 CZK taken out of our deposit account to pay for our 2014 annual fee. Can you please send me an email notification the next time this annual fee is due ( also please include ccopsbilling(a)markmonitor.com<mailto:ccopsbilling@markmonitor.com>)? Last year, this fee was taken out of our account in March not May. We also received an email (attached) notifying us so that the fee was going to be taken out. This allowed us to ensure that we had enough funds in our account. We now only have 4,481.53 CZK in our deposit account which is dangerously close to zero. I want to be sure that we don't deplete our account and not be able to secure registrations.
I am preparing a wire in the amount of 130,175.00 CZK to send tomorrow morning to refund our account. I hope we do not have too many registrations placed tonight. Would it be possible to extend to us a credit line until the wire is received? I will send an email with the confirmation from our bank as soon as I can tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
In the future, it would be very helpful to receive an email notifying us that our annual fee is about to be taken out of our deposit account. That way we can ensure that we do not run out of deposit account funds.
