certificate replacement and EPP restart

Dear Sirs, due to the error detection in OpenSSL libraries (specifically the implementation of TLS Heartbeat) we will perform today, on April 9, 2014 at 11:00 PM an upgrade of openssl library and a certificate replacement. This action will be associated with EPP restart, so your connections will fail at that time. You can find a new certificate in the attachment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. New version of the Registration Rules, Terms and Conditions for Registrars and ADR Rules

Hello, please find attached a new version of the Registration Rules, Terms and Conditions for Registrars and ADR Rules. All documents shall enter into force as of 1 January 2014. In the new versions there are no changes compared to current practice. We have simplified some parts, moved some paragraphs and made texts generally more transparent.
