Dear all,
the system of domain-name registration under the .cz domain will be out of
operation from 11 pm on Tuesday, August 31 to 03 am on Wednesday, September 1.
Within maintanance window we will install new version, which contain there
described change:
If a request is submitted to change the NSSET for a domain which also contains a
KEYSET and this KEYSET is not going to be changed within this same order (only
formally to the same value), it will be automatically removed during the
implementation of the KEYSET request.
This solution will both allow the preservation of the KEYSET (in the
domain_update request the same KEYSET that is already assigned to the domain
will be repeated), and its change within the change of NSSET (in the request a
new KEYSET will be introduced together with the new NSSET). It will also resolve
the problem of unintentionally leaving a KEYSET that no longer works for the domain.
The change will not require a change to the schema or the client application.

Dear sir/madam,
joint marketing communication programme (co-marketing) for registrars is going
to held again in 2010. Basic principles of the programme remain the same as in
2009 with following minor changes:
- The programme will go on since February 2010 until the end of the year
- New criterion for qualification into the programm has been added - only
registrars who spent at CZ.NIC at least 200 000 CZK on domain registrations and
renewal during 2009 will be allowed to apply to the programme
- Maximum share claimed by the registrar has been changed. This year this
maximum limit is calculated from the "performance" of particular registrar
during 2009 as a share based on above mentioned 2009 spendings and bonus for
each DNSSEC secured domain. See detailed programme specs for the details.
- Costs related to the marketing communication/campaign, but not related
directly to key message communication will be not be covered by the programme
anymore
Find attached detailed co-marketing programme specs. We are accepting the
application from now on. Please send your application documents directly to the
person responsible for the programme on CZ.NIC's side - to Blanka Najemnikova
(blanka.najemnikova(a)nic.cz).

Dear all,
in attach you can find new versions of Registration Rules, Price list and
communication schemas.
Registration rules will be valid as of 1.1.2010. Changes you can see in revisions.
Price list will be valid as of 1.1.2010 too.
New schemas contains changes regarding DNSSEC and Enum (see change log). Schemas
will be implemented at testing instance on Wednesday, December 2nd 2009.
At PRODUCTION system schemas will be implemented during maintanance window on
12. January 2010
