Compared to previous shutdowns we shift the start by one hour, so we will start at midnight from Wednesday to Thursday. We have decided to change the timeon the basis of the requirements of some registrars. Wehope, therefore, that this time the problems with the domain extension in the last minutes before their cancellation (or setting to delete candidate status) will not arise.
