[Reg-zahr] changes for registrars from January 1, 2019

Dear Sirs, let me inform you about the changes for registrars effective from January 1, 2019. These changes are as follows: * Change of pricelist - increase of the price for .cz domain from 125 CZK to *145 CZK per year*. The other pricelist items (such as minimal annual deposit) remain at the current level. There are a few reasons why we decided for the change. One reason is that each year there is a lower and lower annual increase of new .cz domains. Moreover,most of the inputs are rising, such as salaries and investments into cybersecurity. There is a tendency to increase the price of national domains in Europe with a positive impact. * Formal change in the Business Terms and Conditions for Registrars - in Article 4.3.1. it is replaced by the phrase "contractual penalty" by"administrative fee". The reason is because of VAT, concerns minimum of registrars.  * Termination of sending paper letters - the time has changed, many letters are returned as undeliverable. * The information about sending letters was mentioned in the document The Rules of Technical Communication, which is also updated.
