Dear Sirs, on Monday March 7, 2022 at 10:00 PM to March 8, 2022 2:00 AM the domain management system will be shut down - at this time the system will be temporarily unavailable. At this time, there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars. Furthermore,some web presentations, the EPP system, web/unix WHOIS and RDAP; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; mojeID profile editor; interface for creating mojeID accounts and login into the domain browser will not work as well. Furthermore, login into the mojeID service will not work during the first 15 minutes of the shutdown. As part of the shutdown, we will upgrade the database of the domain management system. notification of shutdown - February 15, 2022 - data hiding

Dear Sirs, on Tuesday February 15, 2022 at 10:00 PM the domain management system will be shut down for about 10 minutes. At this time the system will be temporarily unavailable. At this time, there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars. Furthermore,the EPP system, web/unix WHOIS and RDAP; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; mojeID profile editor; interface for creating mojeID accounts and login into the domain browser will not work as well. During the shutdown, we are deploying a new version of the system that limits the acquisition of contact data via EPP, as announced several times last year. Based also on your suggestions, we have added 2 related functions: - on successful execution of epp function 'info_contact <HANDLE> <AUTHINFO>', ie. when calling with the specified attribute 'authinfo' of the given contact, 'authinfo' is regenerated. This is the same behavior as when calling the 'transfer_contact' epp operation. - even when blocking a contact against transfer to another registrar, it is possible to send 'authinfo' to the e-mail specified in the registry. Sending an e-mail to other than the one listed in the register is no longer possible. Likewise, the behavior for other objects, ie domains, keysets and nssets, does not change. The contact blocked against transfer can be identified by the set blocking status 'serverTransferProhibited'. For the system to function properly, it is necessary to switch to the new schemes, in version 2.4.2, see: https://www.nic.cz/page/744/registracni-system/ (it has also been announced earlier) The new version of the system is already in the public test environment. Dear Sirs, on Tuesday December 14, 2021 at 10:00 PM to 11:59 PM the domain management system will be shut down - at this time the system will be temporarily unavailable. Deleting domains from December 14 will take place before the shutdown. At this time, there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars. Furthermore,the EPP system, web/unix WHOIS and RDAP; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; mojeID profile editor; interface for creating mojeID accounts and login into the domain browser will not work as well. We are deploying a new version of the system during the shutdown. This versionadds the concept of an external identity that can be linked to a registry contact. This will allow you to connect the EU eID to any contact in the .CZ registry and log in to the Domain browser and use its functions. At the same time, we are launching an upgraded version of the Domain Browser. Once more, we would like to point out the necessity to switch to the new schemes, in version 2.4.2, see: https://www.nic.cz/page/744/registracni-system/ These schemes contain the new contact states needed for the above purposes and the optional `authinfo` parameter for info_contact, which will be needed from February 15, 2022, when we change the provision of contact data. If you do not switch to the new schemes by December 14, 2021, it may not be possible in some specific cases to make changes to the contacts for which you are the designated registrar, but these contactsare also connected to EU eID. Dear Sirs, starting from Tuesday November 23, 2021 at 10:00 PM to Wednesday November 24, 2021 at 02:00 AM the domain management system will be shut down - at this time the system will be temporarily unavailable. Deleting domains from November 23 will take place before the shutdown. At that time there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars. Furthermore,the EPP system, web/unix WHOIS and RDAP; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; mojeID profile editor; interface for creating mojeID accounts and login into the domain browser will not work as well. Within this time window, most of our websites, including the nic.cz website, will also be shut down for a short time. The CZ zone will also not be generated and published during the shutdown. The reason of the service shutdown is the upgrade of the domain management system database. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Dear Sirs, on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM, the EPP production operation will be restarted. Restarting will only take effect on your side by ending open sessions, which can be re-established immediately. The reason is the deployment of new versions of schemas, version 2.4.2. These schemas will include adding new contact states for the RegeID project and adding an optional `authinfo` parameter for info_contact. All changes in the schemes are backward compatible, so nothing needs to be done on your part, your operation will continue to run without changes even if you continue to use the existing schemes. Nevertheless, we recommend that you upgrade to the new version as soon as possible. With the changes related to the RegeID project, which will be deployed before the end of the year, it may not be possible in some specific cases to make changes to contacts for which you are the designated registrar but these contacts will also be connected to EU eID. At the same time, it is possible to gradually switch to these schemes according to your needs, possibilities and readiness, so that the activation of the changes announced for February 2022 (see previous emails) will proceed as smoothly as possible. restart of the app server - short-term connection shutdown

Dear Sirs, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM, we will perform a restart of the app server as part of the planned SW upgrades. This restart will cause a short-term shutdown of some services, especially the EPP connection, web and unix WHOIS and RDAP, furthermore, displaying the list of registrars and creating requests for authinfo. The entire service shutdown will take place in about a minute, so we believe that it will not affect you significantly, even if we implement it on a working day during working hours. Changes in the provision of contact information in the EPP - deployment to a test environment

Dear Sirs, let me inform you about an upcoming change in the provision of contact details via EPP. We have decided on the following solution, which we hope works well for you and causes you as minimal problems as possible during implementation and normal operation. We are ready to deploy these changes to the test environment during the next week. Since this is a significant change in behavior apart to the production system, if any of you is working on a specific task on the test environment and this change would affect him, please let me know - of course in that case we can move the date of the deployment. If you need extra time, please let me know by Wednesday June 2, 2021, otherwise we will prepare the deployment on time and, of course, I will let you know the exact date.The date of deployment on the production system has not yet been decided.
