SV: [CZ.NIC #22777] Support to install FRED on FEDORA 9 i386

Thanks JAROMIR, I changed the port and it worked but there is less english than cz language in the webadmin-server interface, also some pages are not found like statistics. I also want to know how to run FRED-Client, and the Whois.
