Dear Sirs, 

starting on Monday August 12 till Tuesday August 13, 2019 at 02:00 AM the domain management system will be partially shut down that will marginally affect the domain management system.

At that time there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars.

Furthermore, web WHOIS and RDAP; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; creating new mojeID accounts and editting existing ones, mojeID webpage and some other web presentations, including domain browser will not work as well.

Within the shutdown:

- we merge the intranet repositories for registrars and members (without affecting functionality)
- we introduce higher security of mojeID password change, password change will be newly verified by a text message
- we improve the process of account validation via CzechPOINT, in case the data from the Population Register were not transmitted correctly
- we fix an incorrect link to mojeID logo in SAML metadata
- we implement several other internal upgrades and changes

All these changes are already implemented on the test instance (https://mojeid.regtest.nic.cz/) and should not cause any negative operating impacts or affect the functioning of EPP communication.
