[Reg-zahr] new schemes

Dear Sirs, in the attachment you can findthe new version of the schemas, which contains changes concerning the provision of contact data. This change has already been communicated in this list, it is currently deployed on the test environment and it is available for download at https://www.nic.cz/page/744/registracni-system/ This version will be put into operation in the second half of October 2021.
