[Reg-zahr] Deployment of the corrected version of FRED Authinfo TTL on TEST INSTANCE

Dear Sirs, let me inform you that there is deployed the corrected and complete version with an expiration date for "authinfo" on the test instance. We have corrected minor errors (resetting the contact's password during domain transfer using the contact's password) and added info_domain/keyset/nsset with the AuthInfo parameter.
