[Reg-zahr] Shutdown of the public test: June 29, 2022 - deployment of FRED Authinfo TTL

Dear Sirs, tomorrow on Wednesday June 29, 2022 at 01:00PM to 05:00PM we plan to deploy a new version of FRED to the public test REGTEST environment. The key change will be the introduction of an expiration date for "authinfo" and related adjustments. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
