a new version of the Rules of Domain Name Registration valid as of May 15, 2016

Dear Sirs, as of May 15, 2016 new Rules of Domain Name Registration will come into force - you can find the new text of the Rules in English in the link below, it is also published on the web (the second link). Moreover, the text of the Rules is in the attachment. https://www.nic.cz/files/nic/PravidlaCZAJ.pdf https://www.nic.cz/page/314/rules-and-policies/ The only change is the response to the amendment to Act no. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection. Businessman selling products or providing servicesis obliged to inform consumers about the ADR entitythat is relevant for the type of services/sold (offered, provided,mediated) product, including the Internet address of such an entity.
