let me briefly inform you about the new system of Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR).
Why is there a change to the current system?
In 2007 there was an arbitration award in the case suzuki.cz- according
to the Rules of Domain Name Registration there was not a valid
arbitration agreement.
Rules of ADRare the integral part of the Rules of Domain Name
Regitration and the contract for Domain Name Registration.
Basic principlesare based on the fact if there is a match between a
domain and the protected designation (identity or interchangeability)
and if a domain holder does not own the rights to the protected designation.

Please find attached a new version of the Rules of Domain Name
Registrationwhich also include theRulesof ADR (as Annex No. 3).
The changes are valid as of March 1, 2015.
