Thanks - is there a list I can subscribe to for bug fixes?

The best I can think of in this case is to follow release announcements.  Those get posted in here (knot-resolver-users) but also in another list which *only* gets those announcements: https://lists.nic.cz/postorius/lists/knot-resolver-announce.lists.nic.cz/
