Is that "is not" or "is now"?
The text above is correct, cookies are not available in 3.0.0.
Porting cookies to libknot 2.7 would require a significant effort and
given problems in the spec we decided postpone the work until standard
is cleared up.
I hope it clarifies state of things right now.
