[knot-dns-users] Knot Resolver 1.3.1 release

Dear Knot Resolver users, Knot Resolver 1.3.1 has been released with a few bugfixes atop 1.3.0, notably: - modules/http: fix finding the static files (bug from 1.3.0) - policy.FORWARD: fix some cases of CNAMEs obstructing search for zone cuts It is recommended to update from 1.3.0, and it's strongly recommended to update from older versions, as older branches are no longer supported.
