I'm sorry, our packaging system for Debian is broken. I expect we
resolve
it in a few days. In the meantime you could use new packages built in
OBS

As for the Ubuntu, we created another launchpad repository for the
latest stable
releases
https://launchpad.net/~cz.nic-labs/+archive/ubuntu/knot-dns-latest
