Can anyone help me with this problem?
Check your iptables ruleset and output of lsof -i4.
This should show you something like:
unbound 1419 unbound 3u IPv4 10782 0t0 UDP localhost:domain
unbound 1419 unbound 4u IPv4 10783 0t0 TCP localhost:domain (LISTEN)
(Example with unbound).
