Since we have not confirmed until verbose is enabled, it is unknown at which timing it is output.

However, it confirms that it is output 10 minutes after Service start.

Do I need to do something?

It's not known, and it's most likely unrelated to reorder_RR. I expect it's some edge case not handled well in predict.lua, though I can't immediately see how the error might happen.
