[knot-dns-users] Knot DNS 1.3.0-rc4

Hi there, it seems like we're on streak of fixing stuff this summer, so we have a new fourth release candidate! Main reason is, that we wanted to address two major issues before the 1.3.0 goes golden. First one is a performance regression with AXFR bootstrapping, which also failed to reschedule the request at some points of failure. This should be now fixed with a small but neat performance boost thanks to asynchronous mode of connecting. Second major bug was a RRSIG ending up in a wrong section in an answer to a DS query. After a bit of a discussion, we have decided to reintroduce the 'pidfile' config option and also a new '--with-configdir' configure option to set the default config file directory, which now defaults to $(sysconfdir)/knot.
