FRED can definitely work well with registrations in 3rd level. Many
current users of FRED is using it this way.

hello please help me to install fred on my server. I

if you actually want folk to help, you need to give some technical
clues.
server/vm size, i.e. ram/disk
operating system, and anything other than ubuntu 20.04 is gonna be tough
at what step in the install instructions are you stuck?
and then copy/paste the erroneous result
i say copy/paste, not screenshot, becaus ethem you and others can paste
it into search etc.

For where a ccTLD opts to offer second/third level mixed space such as ac.cr,
co.cr examples that Mario mentioned, I suggest, where the NIC is offering
the sub-spaces like this, to review, verify and update their listings in
the Public Suffix List https://github.io/publicsuffix/list to ensure that
browsers are aware, cookies get separated logically, and SSL issuance is
partitioned in the manner that the NIC intends the spaces to be used.
