Number of days is actually counted from expiration date. We drop domain
from zone (disable it) 30 days after expiration and then, 15 days after
(45 days after exdate) we delete it. So if you wont to change period
between disabling and deleting from 15 to 60 days, you should set
parameter value to 90, not to 60. I hope it's understandable :).
