Personally, I wrote my own system (
https://vweb.co.za) years ago
before C-Panel existed. It supports most EPP Registry systems - except
for FRED. I started adding FRED but gave up as its EPP is somewhat
different and I had no customers looking for FRED based domains. It
also supports DNSSEC, SSL Certificates (automated with Let's Encrypt),
DANE and IDN (non-ascii) Domain names (Universal acceptance).
We at the .mw registry are happy with FRED, so, if possible may be you could finalise
writing
your EPP client system to accommodate FRED. You can also use the open testing
environment at
https://www.nic.cz/page/744/registration-system/
You can then may be allow others to use or access your system.
The more Registrars that do this (automated management
systems), the
more Domains from multiple Registries they will sell. As an incoming
tide raises all sea-worthy ships, so would all Registries and
Registries sell more Domains.
This is similar to what we are encouraging our registrars in Malawi to do but they are
finding
this tough going even after introducing them to fred-client
