OK, in any case I'd suggest to restart both backend service (fred-
adifd) and also frontend service (fred-webadmin). If this doesn't help we will need to
investigate what is preventing the communication of these two services. Is it running on
single server or different servers?

I am experiencing a bit of a problem here on daphne, out of nowhere.
The FRED services have never stopped running for two months now but
daphne puts out the following message after hitting login.
