Hi, billing features in FRED are described here http://fred.nic.cz/attachment/wiki/documentation/billing.pdf?format=raw Payments are processed using polling mechanism. We check every X min. our bank account for new transactions. Inside package fred-transproc, there are some hints how to connect to a bank, download records and transform them into general format processed by FRED. This, however, depends on API published by individual banks and this differs quite heavily from bank to bank.
