Thanks JAROMIR,
I changed the port and it worked but there is less english than cz language
in the webadmin-server interface, also some pages are not found like
statistics.
I also want to know how to run FRED-Client, and the Whois.
I tried this and nothing appeared in aweb browser (the web pages come
blank):
*Fred-Client :* http://localhost:700/
*Fred-Whois*: http://locahost:1809/
I also tried # /usr/bin/fred-client but can't connect to port 700.

maybe you somehow accidentally called this command twice and second
command failed because first version allocated this port already. Check
output of ps axu | grep fred-webadmin. Or there can be some firewall or
collision with other application. You can change port
in /etc/fred/webadmin_cfg.py.

I have installed FEDORA 9 i.386,
I installed the fred-repo-1.0-1.noarch.rpm and then install FRED with
yum install fred-*.
I restarted HTTPD service, the fred-server and fred-webadmin-server.
All went successfully except the fred-webadmin-server, showing the
