Hi Alex,
I have implemented a .IT module for WHMCS and you could do the same for FRED environments
if you use a library of mine.
You can find the predecessor of my work (eppitnic-php) on http://www.crowdedplace.com.
The new library (which includes 14 TLDs) is not yet publicly available, but will probably
be within a few months.
