genzone-client is standalone application. It is not argument of
fred-admin. You have to call /usr/bin/genzone-client.

I changed zonedir in genzone.conf like this:
[0.2.4.e164.arpa]
chunk = 3
maxchanges= 30
backupdir = /var/0.2.4.e164.arpa
#zonedir = /etc/bind
zonedir = /var/named
[cz]
chunk = 100
maxchanges= 10%
backupdir = /var/cz
#zonedir = /etc/bind
zonedir = /var/named
then i runned genzone-client like this:
[root@fred fred]# fred-admin genzone-client
but still there are no domain names in Bind.
What am i misunderstanding or missing ?

You must do it yourself. FRED work ends with generation of zone file.
What to do with that zone file is up to zone administrators (up to you).
For example we generate zone file to the place as specified in Bind
configuration files. This way, after zone generation we just restart
bind and new zone is uploaded.

Or must i install them myself ?

We use both BIND and NSD. There is no restriction on nameserver
software, if it can load zone file in standard format, it can be used.
Is there a zone-file on my server where i can see
all the domains,
which i have created and put into zone ? (I cant find it)
Zone files are generate using script 'genzone-client'. They have
filenames db.ZONE and they are stored in directory specified in zonedir
parameter on command line or in config file /etc/fred/genzone.conf.
