Our system for .fo is built on Fred and was released on 3. july 2010. So it has been up
and running for 1½ year now.
When we built the system, we choosed to put our billing contacts into Fred's
administration contacts, and so far there has been no trouble with this solution.

Hello Besmira,
system FRED has only one role of contact called administration contact
(in the meaning - contact that can do administration of domain od behalf
of domain owner). Technical contacts are assigned through object called
nameserver set (nsset) that is associated with domain. Billing contacts
are not supported because in registry-registrar model it's registrars
who is responsible for billing domain owners - not registry.
